Five great fruity choices for your diet plan.

Mango in a Cloud - Puree 1/2 a mango and slowly fold in 1/2 cup of Cool Whip FREE (15 calories per serving).

One-half a fresh mango contains about 65 calories.

Caramelized Golden Pineapple - Brush pineapple wedges with lime OR lemon juice that has been mixed with a Tablespoon of brown sugar (light or dark).  

Carefully place on grill until golden.  May also be prepared in oven or on stovetop using a grill pan.

One cup of fresh pineapple contains about 75 calories.

Banana Yum-Rum - Slice banana and add rum extract and a bit of Splenda. Stir then top with Cool Whip FREE (15 calories per serving).  Sprinkle with a teaspoon of brown sugar.

One fresh banana (about 4 ounces without the peel) contains about 105 calories.

Melon Patch - Use 2 cups of assorted melon balls. Pour on the following glaze (allow to cool before adding to melon):
