Feeling a little down because your last diet plan didn't pan out?  All that work, with little or no results?

Forget your last diet!  Don't look back. Remember what happened to Sally Lot when she looked back? Yeah...and you sure don't want to turn into salt. So make this diet count. Make it work.

Base your DAILY diet on the official Food Pyramid. Opt for fresh fruits over processed treats such as donuts and candy.

Enjoy three meals per day and two healthy snacks.

And always get your parents permission before going on any type of weight reduction program.
