It may sound corny, but a positive
attitude goes a very long way
in making us feel good and can
even help us accomplish things
in our lives that we may have
never imagined possible.
The
power of a positive attitude
is priceless when it comes to
weight loss. We may start
out on our diet plan all excited
- with rings on our fingers
and bells on our toes. But a
few days into the diet plan,
we become easily frustrated
with the weight loss process.
Too much time! Foods
are bland and boring! And
we hate the exercise!
At
this point, we have a choice.
We can either toss our
healthy diet into the Diet Trash Can
OR we can switch our negative
situation into a positive one.
My
mom used to tell me as a child,
"Can't never did anything."
Try
to think, "I CAN do this
healthy diet plan. I CAN lose
those extra pounds and achieve better health. And
I WILL!"
