Nobody likes to tally up calories.
It takes all of the fun
out of dining - but...(don't
you just love that word) - there
is nothing that impacts the
numbers on our weight scales
MORE than the amount of calories
that we consume.
Individuals
can count fat grams, carbs -
even the bites that we take
but counting calories is what
we feel to be one of the solutions
to losing weight and staying
trim.

are a few tips that may be of
help to those wanting to CONTROL
their weight by counting calories:
Determine the amount of daily
calories you need and keep your
daily calorie intake as close
to that number as possible.
Become a label reader.
Measure in the beginning -
until you can produce a close
guesstimate without those cups
and spoons.
