As we learned in The
Fitness Factor article at Diet
Bunny, being fit doesn't necessarily guarantee
a level of healthiness. 'Weighty Matters'
is the flip-side of The Fitness Factor.
Working out, running, biking,
hiking, shooting hoops, mowing the yard
- all of these activities are great for
getting the body in mint condition. But
exercise alone isn't enough to ensure optimum
health. One must also take care in
eating a balanced diet. Here are a
few more dieting suggestions for weight
loss and fitness:
Don't skip breakfast.
Make dinner your lightest meal of the
day.
Enjoy foods as close to their natural
state as possible which will keep calorie
and fat content at their lowest levels.
Skip snacking between meals unless
you find you are famished at meal times.
If so, enjoy light snacks - such as
hot air popcorn, fresh fruit and fresh veggies.
